We are seeking for a results-driven Channel Partner Sales professional to manage and expand our channel partner network. This role involves developing strategic relationships with partners and driving sales enablement programme to generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel sales, partner management, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Successful candidates are strong communicators with customer-facing skills, adept at handling objections and building deep relationships across long sales cycles. Responsibilities include providing accurate sales forecasts, creating customer quotes, conducting research, and maintaining account records in the CRM system. Collaboration with the Business Intelligence team to analyze sales data and improve performance is also key to this role. As a Partner Success in our team, you will:
Channel Partner Management
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with partners to implement sales enablement programs and achieve sales objectives.
- Manage the onboarding process for new partners and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.
- Work closely with partners to understand customer needs and facilitate the adoption of SaaS solutions.
- Set up new processes and workflows to address client requirements and improve sales efficiency.
Pipeline and Performance Monitoring
- Stay informed about the market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to the Sales Manager to formulate strategy and make informed decision.
- Proactively track run rates of the pipeline including hand-off rate, close rate, velocity, and conversion rate. This will help in identifying trends, forecasting sales performance, and making data-driven decisions to optimize the sales pipeline and improve overall sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team and Account Managers to actively monitor the hand-off pipeline, gather feedback from partners and customers, update all stakeholders on sales closure status, and support the execution of close plans to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Support the execution of close plans by finalizing terms with the customer, addressing objections, coordinating with teams like legal and finance, and ensuring all documentation is completed to successfully close sales deals.
Sales Enablement & Opportunity Identification
- Identify and address complex roadblocks that may hinder the sales process, ensuring partners can effectively meet customer requirements.
- Design and execute sales enablement programs to enhance partner capabilities and channel partners in generating revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to create tailored marketing and sales strategies that align with company objectives.
- Provide partners with the necessary resources, training, and support to enhance their sales capabilities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide feedback to optimize sales outcomes.
- Develop and gain insights into SaaS solution adoption for the Hong Kong market through partner sales strategy.
- Contribute to the organization’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
We’ll be a great match if you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in channel sales, partner management, distributor or reseller management.
- Experience with high-volume calling with strong background in managing and expanding channel partner networks, ideally with familiarity in software or hardware solution selling/ service industry.
- Demonstrate excellent command of Cantonese and English language (verbal and written).
- Have experience managing the Hong Kong market.
- Experience working with or selling Cloud Computing such as Software as a Service (SaaS)/ Platform as a Service (PaaS)/ Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) would be highly advantageous.
- Have experience or exposure to Open Source Software (OSS) including but not limited to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, Google Workspace or similar solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills with the ability to handle rejections and manage challenges effectively.
- Strong consultative approach to engage clients and prospects.
- Result-driven with strong track record in delivering sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and uncover complex roadblocks.
- Curiosity and eagerness to develop business insights into SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated aptitude to learn and optimize new technology and data.
