What you will do in this role

As a Technical Support Specialist on our team, you will:

o   Provide expert front-line phone, e-mail and chat support to business customers for NAS, switching, routing, wireless and security devices as part of the NETGEAR Business Level 2 Support structure

o   Manage a diverse queue of customer tickets, ensuring each one reaches a mutually satisfactory resolution, often collaborating with other departments or tiers of support

o   Adapt your communication style to the technical level of the customer to effectively convey solutions and guide ongoing troubleshooting

o   Strive to exceed customer satisfaction, phone, productivity and other individual and team targets in Netgear’s renowned top support environment

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

o   Are proficient or bi-lingual in both French and English at a B2 CEFR level

o   Are based in Ireland

o   Have the flexibility to adapt to a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm

o   Can maintain a minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps and a private, distraction-free workspace for optimal productivity

o   Have a good mix of both technical knowledge and customer service skills

o   Have CCNA / CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent qualification (relevant experience will be taken into consideration)

o   Have a comprehensive understanding of PC hardware/software and are fully acquainted with routed TCP/IP, Firewalls, LAN, Windows operating system and other network technologies

o   Have proven time management skills and the ability to work under time pressures

o   Have a fantastic team spirit and mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction

o   Can be flexible and adaptive, to contribute to the dynamic changes within our business and support structure

It will be a plus if you have:

o   Experience in supporting NAS devices
