What you will do in this role
As a part of our team, you will be responsible supporting a webhosting company's customers. Whether customers need to choose the right web hosting package, or want to know how to administer a server, our team is there to help. You will support Swedish speaking customers via calls and emails, and in the future even chats and social media.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
Are fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken
Have good English language skills (min. B1/B2 level)
Previous customer experience is considered an advantage
