As a Sales Support Advisor, you will be the customer’s trusted guide throughout their journey, providing expert support and building lasting relationships. What you'll be doing:
As a Sales Support Advisor, you’ll play an essential role in helping customers navigate their car-buying journey. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and CRM systems to build rapport, address queries, and provide timely solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads during customer interactions, supporting BMW Group UK’s sales funnel and conversion efforts.
- Brand Ambassador: Develop in-depth knowledge of BMW’s products and services to offer informed and personalised solutions to customers.
- Collaborate with Retailers: Support customers in making informed decisions, facilitating online requests, and connecting with BMW Retailer partners as necessary.
- CRM Management: Keep customer records up to date in our CRM system, ensuring a streamlined experience for the customer and the team.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team targets related to customer satisfaction (NPS), lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Compliance & Personalisation: Maintain high levels of regulatory compliance and personalisation to safeguard the interests of customers and BMW Group UK’s business.
What we’re looking for:
· A minimum standard of proficiency in English and mathematics - equivalent to at least a basic secondary education level (e.g., GCSE Grade 4 © or equivalent). This includes the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and to demonstrate basic numeracy skills.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally in the automotive industry (though we’ll provide full training).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt to the customer’s needs and communicate effectively.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, contributing to the success of the sales team.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other digital tools to support customer interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and find solutions to customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work towards shared goals.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a rotational shift pattern between 8 am and 10 pm, Monday to Sunday.
