What you will do in this role

As an Operations Manager on our team, you will:    

- Improve and monitor operational processes 
- Carry out the necessary steps, updating/monitoring of internal regulations 
- Participate, coordinate and monitor quality processes 
- Manage and supervise personnel 
- Optimate work processes and staff productivity 
- Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customers 
- Organize and optimize shifts 
- Conduct regular coaching sessions as well as refresher training for Team Leaders to maintain product/tools knowledge and make them successful at their day-to-day work.

 - Are proficient or bilingual in Spanish and English 
- Possess previous experience working within a call center environment with a min of 2 years of experience as a manager/supervisor.  
- Have excellent organizing and leadership skills 
- Possess excellent team management skills.  
- Have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities 
- Can implement and manage change

- 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00  
- Salary 22 400 euros gross/year + up to 5000 euros gross/year in bonus + Food Allowance
