Summary
The Marketing & Communications Specialist plays a key role in supporting and executing internal and external communications, and employee engagement initiatives in Szczecin and across Poland. The role contributes to strengthening the company’s culture, enhancing employee experience, and increasing brand visibility in the local market.
Operating under the strategic direction of the Marketing & Communications Lead in Poland, this position works closely with the wider CEE Marketing & Comms Team and local stakeholders to ensure message consistency, a unified employee experience, and effective implementation of communication and engagement activities across all pillars.
Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Internal Communication
- Create and manage engaging content for newsletters and internal communication and internal platforms.
- Coordinate campaigns to promote company news and initiatives.
- Collect feedback and monitor performance of internal communication channels to propose improvements.
2. Employee Engagement
- Plan and support fun and meaningful employee events and programs.
- Collaborate with teams to boost participation and align with our culture.
- Assist in executing and tracking engagement surveys and initiatives.
3. External Communications
- Help develop PR and media content that reflects our brand values.
- Ensure that all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.
Candidate profile:
- Associate's degree in related field (Communications, Marketing) with at least 2 years of experience in communication, employer branding, or engagement in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and in Polish both written and verbal.
- Familiar with digital tools, content creation tools (Canva) and social media.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Enjoy teamwork and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about culture and communication.
