Description

We are seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer/Architect with strong experience in Integration and Data Systems. This role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance Azure solutions, combining integration platforms and data engineering architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and other Azure services.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Azure Data Factory pipelines to load data from multiple source systems.

• Perform data transformations using Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Participate in projects involving the migration of Microsoft BizTalk interfaces to Azure Service Bus and Azure Logic Apps.

• Design and maintain databases using SQL Server.

• Collaborate closely with other developers and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Over 7 years of comprehensive IT experience specializing in Data Engineer/Architect roles.

• Strong expertise in Azure Data services (Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Warehouse).

• Extensive expertise developing Data Factory pipelines for loading data from diverse source systems.

• Proficient in transforming data utilizing Azure Synapse Analytics.

• Solid knowledge of Azure services (Integration Services, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Functions, Storage).

• Good knowledge of ETL tools, SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.

• Strong experience developing ETL strategies using SSIS and Azure Data Factory.

• Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Hive, Kudu, PySpark).

• Experienced in database designing using MS SQL Server.

• Proficient in SQL development.

• Demonstrated expert-level skills in T-SQL and query optimization.

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (MS SQL Server, SSAS, Power BI).

• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions.

• Experience with Microsoft BizTalk.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
