What you will do in this role

As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:
- Solve any kind of customer’s doubt or complain regarding our Client
- Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
- Escalate potential service issues
- To follow all the processes and procedures of the project
- Provide cover for other Agents in their absence, either within the same team or across teams
- Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

- Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch plus advanced English
- Are goal and customer service oriented
- Have a good disposition to work in a customer service environment
- Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration.

- Full-time 39 hours/week contract: rotative Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, Saturday 9:00 to 18:00
- Salary 18 400 euros gross/year + up to 1400 euros gross/year in bonus
