What the role looks like:
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, and inspire a team towards program excellence
Manage day-to-day operations of the team with the ability to grow and scale as necessary
Effectively manage escalations, follow up to ensure complete resolution on escalated situations
Routinely mentor, coach, and develop the team
Lead development and delivery of business reviews
Work with LinkedIn POCs on key program priorities
Drive performance improvement and optimization
Responsible for metrics/KPI attainment
Hybrid position (Only Sofia Based)
Working hours - Mon - Fr 9:00-18:00
Your profile:
Very strong analytic skills
5+ years of work experience in Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition or Agency Recruitment, Product Adoption, Change Management, Account Management, Customer Training, Business Transformation, Project Management.
2+ years of experience managing and developing a team
Experience working against assigned performance targets and driving sustainable growth.
Experience motivating, inspiring, and driving teams to achieve sustainable growth.
