Description
You will:
- Track, triage, and address VBD bugs and feedback
- Engage with the technical community to understand Technical and Delivery requirements
- Fix content/lab issues and maintain scripts and VMs in LOD
- Maintain content quality and standards
- Maintain accessibility standards
- Coordinate localization of content
- Maintain delivery guides associated to labs
- Partner with TPM on creation and maintenance of Readiness by workloads
- Maintain associated slide decks and work with IP Owners for sign off on changes/updates
- Work with TPM to ensure updates are implemented in the tools
- Ensure product deprecations are managed and flagged to IP leads
- Standardize process and tracking for all labs
What You need to have is:
- Strong Development background – coding
- Scripting ability with PowerShell
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly by asking the right questions.
- Deep understanding of one of the areas: Security, Azure or AI, M365
- Experience with Labs
- Experience with Copilot or another AI
