Description
Responsibilities:
Customer service for a well-known clothing brand and maintaining the highest quality of customer service in line with project standards.
Efficient customer contact through phone, email, social media, live chat. On Sundays, there is a break from phone calls; only chat is supported.
Positive, empathetic, and professional approach to customers.
Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and problems.
Active communication within the team and support for team members.
Supervising complaints and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintaining high quality of assigned tasks in customer contact.
Requirements:
Experience in telephone customer service or similar work is preferred.
Fluent knowledge of Ukrainian in speech and writing (native speakers preferred).
Knowledge of English at a B2 level for team communication and training.
Excellent computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
Shift work: Mon - Fri 8:00-16:00/11:00-19:00 and weekends 9:00-17:00.
Work 5 days a week and only 3 weekend days a month. If you work on the weekend, you have days off during the week.
