Yes, it is possible to work on weekends. This will depend on your team and the project that you are working on.
To get started as a customer service representative, we require a number of skills and abilities that you must possess. The minimum level of education is a completed secondary education or equivalent and it is important that you have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. For positions other than customer service representative, there are other requirements that the recruitment team will be happy to explain further.

You can practice a few things prior to the test. Train yourself well on your computer and typing skills and take time to review basic grammar, spelling rules and your vocabulary. You can do this!
During the test, you will be presented with different situations you will face as a customer service representative and we will explicitly test your empathy skills. In addition, there will be a spelling, grammar and vocabulary section, some English questions and your computer and typing skills will be tested.

A certificate of good conduct is a statement proving that your (judicial) past does not constitute an objection to performing a job at Concentrix. When assessing this application, the Secretariat of Free Movement of Persons looks at whether you have any criminal offenses on your record that pose a risk to the job for which you are applying for a certificate.
Applying for a VOG is done through the District Office where you are registered. You will receive a slip as proof of application. You must submit this slip to Recruitment before the start date. Submit your receipt at the same time. You will receive the official document within 4 to 6 weeks. Then submit it to your Team Lead within 60 days of your official start date. The amount you paid will then be refunded to you.
It is definitely possible to switch, but only after a certain period of time due to conditions. For example, your KPIs need to be in good order before we can see if you can switch projects. Please also discuss this with your team manager if you are interested in this.
