The NRS provides services allowing people who are deaf, or find it hard to hear or speak with people who use a phone, the ability to engage in every day conversations and participate in the community.

If you have a genuine interest in helping people and giving back to the community this is the role for you. You will actively listen and provide a great customer experience through text and phone-based communication, providing a solution for people who are deaf or have hearing or speech difficulties.
