The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving client growth and retention by identifying and documenting the necessary requirements. Utilizing independent judgment and strong analytical skills, you will collaborate with clients to analyze, define, model, and document data and system requirements comprehensively. Your deep understanding of both technology and analytics will be key to enhancing data-driven reporting and optimizing processes.
Essential Functions – Duties and Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to gather and analyze internal and external business requirements.
Requirement Analysis: Identify, analyze, and document business requirements to support client growth strategies.
Data Analysis: Use analytical tools to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends and insights for decision-making.
Process Improvement: Recommend solutions to improve business processes using technology and data-driven insights.
Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed documentation for business requirements and data configuration.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Client Teams and business units to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
Testing and Validation: Support in system testing and validation processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Continuous Improvement: Assess deployed solutions post-launch, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
