What you will do in this role:
- Assign the right people to the right projects based on skills & availability
- Monitor daily activities, workload, and team utilization
- Anticipate future resource needs and plan accordingly
- Resolve resource conflicts and ensure smooth project execution
- Work closely with Project Managers to optimize team performance
- Collaborating with HR for hiring, training, and talent development
- Manage escalations and ensure operational excellence
