WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE   

  

As a Team Leader you will:  

· Supports CS agents’ development by carrying out training and quality actions 

· Applies the appropriate development tools for individuals, groups and situations 

· Following up mandatory training of your team 

· Identifies individual and team needs and initiate training and development accordingly 

· Advises Team Manager on the progress of individual agents’ development journeys 

· Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates including work and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements 

· Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly 

· Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment 

· Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (‘KPIs’) and financial expectations 

· Is an expert in all relevant CS agent procedures 

· Proactively monitors possible business risks and acts on them 

· Uses recommended company policies and standard working procedures and ensures that others do too 

· Monitor and evaluate customer contacts, give the employees feedback to improve the customer offer 

· Gives feedback on pain points in the customer journey to relevant stakeholders 

· Reaching a set goal for Quality Assurance evaluation 

· Executing Quality Assurance feedback talks with Agents 

· Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates 

· Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated customer calls as needed 

· Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities 

· Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training 

· Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members 
 
 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Team Leader role include: 

· Associate's degree in related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred 

· Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations 

· Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion 

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 

· Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable 

· Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees 

· Willingness to work a flexible schedule 

· Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence

  • The base salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$47,000.00 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
