Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.
- Multichannel Content: Create and distribute effective content across various communication channels, including emails, intranet, meetings, and other relevant mediums.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to ensure consistency and alignment of internal messages.
- Internal Events: Plan and execute internal events such as company meetings, celebrations, and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Implement mechanisms to gather feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably within organizations with a large and diverse workforce.
- Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills in both languages.
- Technical Skills: Profound knowledge of internal communication tools, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas for internal communication, maintaining the freshness and relevance of messages.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and established objectives.
- Adaptability: Proactive and capable of adapting to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. Additional certifications in internal communications will be considered a plus.
