Job Description

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This position ensures performance metrics are achieved by providing adequate coaching, motivation and accountability.

Concetrix Italia è alla ricerca di una/un Team Leader/ Team #Gamechanger da inserire inizialmente a tempo determinato, nel nostro fantastico TEAM nella nostra sede di Vimercate e Pescara!

 

Come Team Leader sarai responsabile di:

• Organizzare quotidianamente le attività operative del Team garantendone il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati.
• Monitorare  le performance (KPI) del team e i risultati ottenuti,
• Supportare gli agenti nella gestione delle problematiche con il cliente finale
• Analizzare i dati  e porre in essere azioni correttive  volte al miglioramento delle performance e dei risultati del Team
• Seguire e verificare che tutti I processi aziendali siano seguiti correttamente
• Coordinare  e Gestire le attività di formazione del Team
• Collaborare con le altre divisioni aziendali ai fini del migliormaneto in termini di efficienza ed efficacia dei vari processi operativi
• Gestire la comunicazione e l’interazione con il cliente, assicurandone un alto livello di soddisfazione e risolvendo eventuali problematiche.
• Redigere report periodici sulle attività del team e sui risultati raggiunti.

Requisiti:

• Esperienza pregressa come Junior Team Leader, preferibilmente nel settore BPO o in ambiti simili.
• Preferibile esperienza nella GDO
• Competenza nel Team Management e Team Building
• Capacità di analisi e valutazione dei KPI relativamente all’area Operativa del Customer Service
• Eccellenti doti comunicative e interpersonali.
• Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e dei software gestionali legati al BPO.
• Italiano Fluente 
• Inglese B2
