💼 The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions about online banking, card issues, statements, and general account support. Every conversation is a chance to make someone’s day smoother — and build skills that will carry you far in the financial sector.
🚀 What You Get:
Commencement date: 23rd of February 2026
Pay rate: A competitive salary + monthly bonuses
Central Auckland location — Level 1/27-37 Napier Street, Freemans Bay, Auckland, 1011
Availability: Rotating roster between 7am – 9pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 6pm Weekends.
Full time only with 40 hours per week guarantee!
🎧 What You’ll Be Doing
Talking with customers on inbound calls and helping with online & general banking enquiries.
Listening with empathy and delivering solutions that fit their needs.
Delivering positive, memorable customer experiences
🌈What We're Looking For:
Top-notch communication and people skills.
A knack for problem-solving and a genuine desire to help.
Previous customer service or call centre experience!
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
