Job Role: Data Analyst

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst with a strong technical foundation and a passion for data-driven problem solving. This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive automation across operational workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong scripting and programming expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and scalable solutions.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and performance optimization.
Expert-level experience with Excel, including complex formulas, pivots, and data modeling.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical findings to both technical and business audiences.
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.
Demonstrated capability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience building dashboards and analytics using Tableau or similar BI tools.
Prior experience with PTC systems and energy management systems (EMS), including leader and trip optimizer.
Experience Level:
4-8 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Python with a strong focus on data analytics and automation.
Desired Profile:
Extensive experience delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions, from data extraction through insights and production deployment.
Strong track record of producing high-quality, zero-defect deliverables and achieving first-time-right outcomes in production environments.
Ability to support, enhance, and troubleshoot EMS platforms (leader and trip optimizer) through data analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to operational excellence.
The base salary range for this position is $ $92,250 - $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
