This individual will develop and manage marketing plans that align brand repositioning efforts, product and solution marketing content, and industry go-to-market strategic sales plays into a cohesive and visible framework.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders across the Marketing organization have clear visibility into project progress, that key milestones are met, and that executive leadership receives timely updates with strategic context. This role requires exceptional project management skills, stakeholder coordination, and an ability to navigate complex, global marketing functions.

Develop Integrated Marketing Plans: Create structured plans that unify brand repositioning, content from product and solution marketing teams, and go-to-market sales strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and industry teams to align strategies and execution.
Project Oversight: Ensure timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked, and proactively address risks and bottlenecks
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain visibility for all marketing stakeholders by providing clear project roadmaps, progress updates, and action items.
B2B Campaign Plans: Deliver these plans to our Digial Marketing and Regionals teams and ensure they have what they need to build their B2B campaings for lead generation.
Executive Reporting: Deliver concise, high-level project updates to senior leadership, ensuring key insights and strategic implications are clearly communicated.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency in marketing integration efforts.
Tool & Resource Management: Leverage project management tools to facilitate tracking and collaboration across teams.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:
5+ years of experience in project management within a marketing or global organization.
Strong understanding of brand marketing, content marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with multiple moving parts.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in executive-level reporting.
Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Asana (preferred), Monday.com, Trello, Jira, Smartsheet).
Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and plans.
Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Experience working in a global marketing organization is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
