Industry Analyst Relations Senior Manager
Job Description
This role supports the Sales and Marketing organizations by performing research and analyses of existing and potential markets for Concentrix products and services.
You will report to the Associate Director of Industry Analyst Relations and partner with our AR agency.
This role will support an analyst relations program that enhances our visibility and reputation in the industry. You will work with internal teams to ensure analysts have accurate and up-to-date information about our products, services, and market strategy. You will build and nurture long-lasting relationships with core influential industry analysts to position Concentrix as a tech and services leader. You will have high visibility with leaders across product, marketing, sales, and other teams.
The Impact You Will Have
- Build relationships with Everest, Gartner, Forrester, IDC, and other analysts through strategic advisory sessions, monthly inquiries, and RFI briefings.
- Build trust, and work with all relevant internal and external partners, including an AR agency.
- Collaborate with company partners to execute a comprehensive analyst relations strategy that aligns with our goals.
- Lead overall AR strategy in partnership with the Head of AR, product management and product marketing.
- Support detailed RFI responses including managing financials and non-disclosure policies
- Manage analyst engagement and requests, coordinating briefings and inquiries, as well as planned research and evaluations
- Identify opportunities for engagement and amplification of the Concentrix story outside of the core group of analysts.
- Manage Vendor Evaluative Reports like Gartner MQs, Everest PEAKs, Forrester Waves, IDC MarketScapes.
- Support requests for analyst research and insight.
- Partner with GTM team members to bring Concentrix’s analyst recognition to market and support marketing/sales activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and analyst research to provide insights to our teams.
- What We Look For
- 5 or more years of experience in a high-tech analyst relations role.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
- Experience working in a small team environment, ideally in a matrix organization.
- Experience relaying the value of Analyst Relations internally, and cultivate new spokespeople within Concentrix
- Experience providing valuable sales enablement contributions.
- Must have the ability to juggle multiple, high-detail, deadline-sensitive projects.
- Experience with the suite of Microsoft Office products including deep expertise in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Experience hosting strong analyst interactions virtually and in person.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership on high-priority projects.
- Experience adapting to hyper-growth and shifting responsibilities.
- Experience participating in Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, Everest PEAK and IDC MarketScape reports.
- Experience working with or for an Analyst Relations agency.
- Existing relationships with AI, Data & Analytics and IT Services analysts.
- Experience with high-growth cloud, data analytics, or AI technologies.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 – 112,000 annually , plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
