What you will do in this role

As a Business Development Manager on our team, you will: 

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of CX Operations and the tech-led solutions that innovate CX at B2B and B2C organizations
- Develop plans and strategies for their assigned business vertical. This will form the basis for value driven sales growth

- Carry out SWOT analysis of assigned accounts, strategy for penetration of new accounts, logos and Go to market strategy
- Proactively engage with the assigned prospects to generate valuable conversations and meetings across key execs and c-level suite increasing network Coverage, and identifying advocates, champions, buying influencers and budget owners.
- Act as a proven storyteller who can build and maintain c-level relationships across multiple disciplines, lines of business, and strategic needs, with a targeted enterprise prospect, including but not limited to, IT, CX, Operations, Finance and Procurement
- Successfully leads and aligns a complex network of stakeholders, including interaction with senior management levels at a client and/or within Concentrix, involving negotiating or influencing significant matters. Develop multiple complex selling strategies such as relationship selling, solution selling
- Be a trusted advisor within the given business vertical, attend events, raise awareness and develop our value prop
- Work closely with portfolio leaders and practice leaders to leverage relevant subject matter experts in support of the pursuit

- Collaborate with global teams to identify business opportunities, and close deals once an opportunity is identified
- Support and lead business negotiation for complex transactions and opportunities

- Negotiate contracts, key commercial terms and operational KPIs

- Lead the implementation process ensuring execution over the promised proposal.

- Are native or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English 

- Have significant amount of sales experience
- Build and demonstrate a strong understanding and knowledge of BPO and Technical Services associated with their target client’s industry sector
- Can develop and execute the sales strategy across all appropriate levels of the target client organization
- Can monitor and report on sales performance, tracking key metrics, and reports on progress to Sales Leaders

- Have strong analytical & problem solving skills
- can leverages internal resources and expertise to develop and propose high-value and profitable solutions to clients

- Have project management skills
- Can monitor and report on sales performance, key metrics, and reports on progress to Sales Leader

- Have strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge 
- can leverages exceptional communication skills to speak at forums both internally and externally
- Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the organization

- Can provide effective and timely transition of the client relationships to the appointed Account Executive for sold deals

- Full paid training for the company and the products you will be working on
- Possibility to work remotely from Spain, however occasional travel to our offices in Barcelona or Madrid may be required.
