What you will do in this role
Your tasks will be:
To monitor, evaluate, and audit a sampling of inbound and/or outbound calls and other contact methods, including chat, call, and email
To meet departmental productivity requirements (e.g. number of calls monitored per month, number of emails evaluated, etc.) and report results of evaluations to appropriate Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Delivery Team, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners)
To participate in calibration sessions/call listening sessions with Quality staff, Delivery, and clients to ensure scoring consistency and best practices
To participate in internal quality audits (e.g. periodic audits of existing processes to determine process control and efficiencies) designed to improve overall contact quality and recommend changes
To maintain a strong program knowledge base; basic understanding of client products, services and/or program strategies
To participate in quality task forces with Business stakeholders (Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners); complete phone time to keep current on programs (as applicable)
To support management focus on review of key drivers, metrics, and operational processes (including Training) that drive Balanced Scorecards and count profitability goals
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
For internal applicants: A minimum of 9 months of work experience within Concentrix in either the CS or the Sales account (Multilingual with Sales account experience of at least 9 months preferred)
Possess strong communication skills in Dutch (C1 - C2) and English (C1) both written and verbal
Can work on-site in Berlin (mandatory)
Have previous experience in Quality-related roles within the BPO business
Have previous experience or touchpoints with Social Media advertising
Possess a strong attention to detail
Are a self-starter, have a sense of urgency, and work well under pressure
Possess the ability to multitask and meet the timelines of deliverables
Are proficient in Microsoft Office
