• Responsible for managing and overseeing projects while maintaining direct communication and interaction with clients throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Become the SME for your incentive campaign(s) or program(s) and be prepared to provide insights for optimization and growth.
• Accountable for payments and accruals follow through.
• Responsible for tier 2 support for partners Owns the relationship between one or more clients and the internal project team, ensuring that the project meets the client's requirements, expectations, and goals.
The following summarize the responsibilities of the role: · Program Management:
· Manage Target Setting Process: Engage with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to set baselines and target logic for Surface Accelerator programs.
· Document Decisions: Create and maintain program documentation, including decisions and mid-year adjustments.
· Support Field Communications: Manage field communications and support inquiries, exception, and escalation cases.
· Data Reporting and Insights:
· Collaborate with Reporting Team: Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of reporting dashboards.
· Performance Analysis: Conduct program performance analysis and assess impact, providing data insights for optimization and growth.
· Client Management:
· Direct Communication: Maintain direct communication with clients throughout the project's lifecycle.
· Relationship Management: Own the relationship between one or more clients and the internal project team, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and goals are met.
· Financial Accountability:
· Accruals and Payments: Accountable for managing monthly accruals and validating program calculation models for quarterly payouts.
· Support Financial Inquiries: Address partner finance questions and support finance with dashboard data validation.
· Operational Readiness:
· Operationalize Program Changes: Lead efforts to operationalize new program changes, ensure internal readiness, and assist in creating landing materials.
· Documentation: Document new programs and program changes, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
