Job Title:
QUALITY CONTROLLER & TRAINERJob Description
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our services, as well as training and developing our team members.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
Conduct monthly quality monitoring checks for team members in the Expedia account (Swedish and Danish markets)
Provide thorough and objective feedback based on quality monitoring and identify performance trends
Generate timely and regular reports for the Team Manager and client, highlighting monitored results, trends, and areas for improvement/training
Collaborate with the Team Manager and client to continuously improve the QA process
Training and Coaching:
Deliver comprehensive new hire training programs as needed
Guide new hires throughout the entire training process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Conduct coaching, up-training, and refresher training sessions for existing employees to address QA gaps, updates, and product news
Additional Responsibilities:
Handle customer service tasks (inbound calls, emails, etc.) as required (minimum 10% of working time)
Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Manager
Represent the company and client professionally at relevant functions, adhering to established standards and agreements
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in quality assurance and training roles
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems, quality assurance tools)
Fluency in Swedish and Danish (both written and spoken)
A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach
