What you'll do in this role
As a Customer Support in the field in our team, you will:
- Analyze and manage customer requests
- Respond promptly to queries and suggestions
- Provide chat, email and telephone support
- Continue to learn and develop your career through our ongoing training programs
Your qualifications

- You have advanced knowledge of German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

- You have good PC skills
- You are available to work shifts from our office in Bucharest
