What you will do in this role:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using APEX, Java, Python, and other languages.
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP APIs for seamless system integrations.
- Customize and configure Salesforce CRM to meet dynamic business needs.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers to translate requirements into impactful technical solutions.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, performance optimization, and security.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise applications.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce applications.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and best practices for scalability and efficiency.

Concentrix is a great match if you have:
- Salesforce Certification: Platform Developer I or II (required).
- Strong expertise in APEX, Java, Python, and REST/SOAP API development.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, customization, and administration.
- Experience in CRM implementations, SaaS solutions, and IT projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL or ITSM frameworks.
- Experience in digital consulting, IT project management, or IT consulting (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus).
