The primary focus is on commercial roles (Sales, Account Management, Business Development), with additional recruitment support for corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
This is a high-visibility role, working directly with senior stakeholders at the head office. You will also manage our collaboration with external recruitment partners to ensure quality and agility in meeting our hiring needs.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial and corporate roles at the France HQ.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and recruitment strategy.
Source, assess, and engage top talent using a variety of tools and platforms.
Ensure excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.
Work closely with external recruitment agencies: coordinate briefs, monitor performance, and ensure candidate quality and alignment.
Maintain up-to-date records and pipelines in Workday (ATS).
Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Support local employer branding efforts and promote internal mobility.
Contribute to recruitment projects and process improvements within the TA team.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on commercial or head office roles.
Solid understanding of the French talent market and recruitment trends.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday.
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
