Your Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions (calls, emails, chats)
- Understand client needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues efficiently
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up
- Log customer interactions accurately and follow internal procedures
- Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and clarity
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in French and English – spoken and written
- Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is required
- Familiarity with customer service KPIs (AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer focus
- Team spirit, adaptability, and commitment to high service standards
