Required Deliverables:
● Documented staffing strategy recommendations with implementation plan.
● Weekly staffing reports reflecting resource allocation and open staffing requests
● Updated and accurate supply/demand forecasts, including recommendations on adjustments.
● Utilization dashboards customized to leadership requirements.

Job Responsibilities

● Develop and implement a comprehensive resource management plan that aligns with organizational goals and project requirements

● Collaborate with Strategy & Operations and Professional Services leadership to optimize staffing practices for best utilization

● Assign the right people to projects based on skills stored in the system of record, availability, and project requirements shared by project team

● Lead weekly meetings to ensure project needs are met and to share key business updates

● Forecast future resource needs and proactively address potential resource gaps ● Ensure resource management system of record is up to date and accurate
