The Language Instructor creates and delivers engaging language training to support learners in achieving their English proficiency goals. The role involves planning and facilitating blended learning sessions, tracking learner progress, and providing constructive feedback. Description
Main responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Deliver classroom-based and blended learning sessions using a variety of instructional techniques for diverse audiences and locations.
- Facilitate lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and learning activities while maintaining an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
2. Instructional Design & Preparation
- Prepare training materials, coursework, and supporting activities for language training programs.
- Organize classroom content to ensure a structured and effective transfer of knowledge.
3. Language instruction & English proficiency support
- Instruct trainees on the structure and content of the target language, emphasizing grammar, composition, and sentence construction.
- Adapt instructional approaches to support language acquisition and learner comprehension.
4. Performance Monitoring & Improvement
- Conduct student and operational observations to identify performance gaps.
- Monitor individual progress, modify instructional methods as needed, and ensure the achievement of individual training performance metrics.
5. Additional Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, grades, assessments, and test scores.
- Participate actively in stakeholder meetings with Talent Acquisition, Training & Quality, and Operations teams.
- Support additional responsibilities such as validations, translations, and local projects as required.
Requirements:
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Languages, Teaching, or Translations.
- At least one year of experience teaching English to adults is a must.
- English proficiency at a C1 level is a must.
- General knowledge of teaching methodologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated passion for training, coaching, and facilitation.
- Strong attention to detail and self-starter mindset.
