Trainer with German (C1/C2)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training: Facilitate classroom sessions using effective training techniques, adult learning principles, and interactive activities.
- Support learner success: Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching and feedback, and assess readiness for transition to operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner with Operations and other teams to ensure a smooth transition from training to production and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
- Maintain business knowledge: Stay current on products, services, processes, and policies through ongoing learning and cross-functional engagement.
- Enhance training effectiveness: Evaluate training outcomes, recommend curriculum improvements, and support the development of training materials when needed.
- Drive performance results: Take ownership of training metrics and ensure learning outcomes align with business goals.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Experience: +2 years in a training, facilitation, or learning role with experience delivering effective training programs.
- Core skills: Strong communication, coaching, critical thinking, time management, and team-building skills.
- Work style: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Professionalism: Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Technical capability: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
- Language requirement: German C1/C2 proficiency is required.
