What the role looks like:

  • Collaborating effectively and directly with internal departments such as Sales Organization, Subscription Renewals, Customer Success Organization, and Credit & Collections.
  • Supporting the Sales Organization with Salesforce quoting and product queries, including building “special” Qlik program quotes in Salesforce.
  • Reviewing Order Forms and processing deals in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and securing correct revenue recognition in NetSuite.
  • Ensuring deal compliance with internal policies and procedures, including legal, revenue, and pricing guidelines.
  • Maintaining accurate customer data and opportunity data in Salesforce, NetSuite and other systems to ensure high data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Responding to requests and queries from both internal and external customers regarding quotes, licenses, billing, and product related topics.
  • Playing an active role in internal process improvement and implementation of systems and changes within our organization.
  • Collaborating closely with our IT department to resolve system issues related to SalesForce & NetSuite.
  • Assisting in the documentation and maintenance of process guides, training materials, and best practices.
  • Supporting month end, quarter-end and year-end close activities by prioritizing high-impact deals and collaborating across departments to meet deadlines.
  • Working hours - Mon - Fr /09:00 - 18:00

 

Your profile: 

  • Very good level of English language  – both written and spoken 

  • 1-year experience in Back Office (Processing/Invoicing) roles, Account Management and Sales Support
  • Computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems (SalesForce / Microsoft Dynamics preferred) 

  • Аbility to effectively communicate with while developing positive customer relationships   

  • Keen on new technologies

  • Strong problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
