What You Will Do:
Be the Hero of Customer Satisfaction: Connect with customers through email, chat, and phone, turning frowns into smiles and queries into resolutions!

What You Bring to the Table:
Strong Communication Skills: You’re near-native in Czech and can weave a fantastic conversation in English—both spoken and written!
Previous Experience: If you’ve had the chance to dazzle customers in a service role before, we definitely want to hear from you!
Tech-Savvy: You can maneuver through MS Office like a pro and know your way around a CRM system.
Detail-Oriented: Precision is your middle name! You excel at juggling tasks, whether you’re working solo or collaborating with the team.

Fulltime role with working shifts between 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday – Sunday
