Description
Function:
- This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient asset control processes, enabling sound financial management and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assists in the receipt, labeling, and accurate documentation of fixed assets, ensuring all relevant records are promptly and properly updated in Concentrix's fixed asset management database.
- This role involves active participation in regular inventory audits helping to track asset movements and providing support for upcoming export or import activities.
- Additionally, the position plays a key role in identifying and reporting obsolete, damaged, or underperforming assets, ensuring that these items are flagged for timely action in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Through these efforts, the role ensures the integrity of asset records and contributes to efficient asset lifecycle management.
