Summary
We’re seeking a strategic Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, and M365 Compliance technologies. In this senior, customer-facing role, you’ll lead technical engagements that help enterprise customers secure their data, manage risk, and meet regulatory obligations across Microsoft 365 and Azure. You’ll guide architecture design, policy implementation, and governance strategy—empowering organizations to adopt AI responsibly and protect sensitive information at scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with CISOs, compliance officers, and IT leaders to shape their Security & Compliance strategy.
- Lead architectural design sessions and implement secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft’s frameworks (CAF, Zero Trust, WAF).
- Design and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions for data classification, labeling, and lifecycle management.
- Implement Information Protection policies using sensitivity labels, encryption, and access controls.
- Configure and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) across endpoints, cloud apps, and email.
- Deploy and tune Insider Risk Management and Communication Compliance policies to detect and mitigate threats.
- Guide customers in using Compliance Manager to assess risk posture and align with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Lead eDiscovery architecture and workflows for legal and investigative scenarios.
- Advise on M365 Copilot governance, including data boundaries, access controls, and responsible AI usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk mitigation, policy enforcement, and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise security, compliance, or risk management.
- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP, and Insider Risk Management.
- Familiarity with M365 Copilot governance and AI-related compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience with eDiscovery, Communication Compliance, and Compliance Manager.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, PowerShell, and policy automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
