Job responsibilities and content description
1.Use German/French/Italian/Spanish,email/online/phone to communicate with customers;
2. Help customers answer the order logistics inquiry, return and exchange processing and after-sales technical consultation of the product official website and overseas e-commerce platform smart home (such as sweeper, air purifier, etc.), and provide customers with accurate and considerate services;
3.Can analyze customer needs through communication with customers, and improve customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate answers and professional services;
4.Provide timely feedback on problems found in the service and actively put forward improvement suggestions and recommendations.
