Position Purpose:

You will process daily collateralized agreements within Collateral Management Operations to support derivatives, securities lending, and repo activities. This role ensures accurate margin calls and settlement processes to mitigate counterparty credit risk and maintain regulatory compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Process daily collateralized agreements for derivatives, security lending, and repo activities.

• Manage exposure on bilateral trades and book relevant collateral trades.

• Perform recall and return bookings as requested by counterparties.

• Investigate and resolve Nostro and Depot reconciliation breaks promptly.

• Collaborate with traders, sales, and internal teams to ensure smooth settlement operations.

• Contribute to risk mitigation by following compliance procedures and escalating issues when necessary.

• Support team development through documentation, training, and coaching.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5–10 years related work experience (Must have US Market experience)

• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency in Excel.

• Knowledge of financial markets and products.

• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• English proficiency required.
