Your Role: Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be a strategic leader, responsible for guiding our clients through complex digital evolution. You will not only deliver projects but also act as a trusted advisor, shaping their digital future and ensuring our solutions drive tangible business value.

• Lead larger, complex projects and manage multiple concurrent projects for the same client with a focus on enabling their digital transformation.
• Provide governance, stability, and proactive improvements within the Project Management Team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the single point of contact.
• Lead and inspire diverse teams of UX/UI experts, software engineers, and analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
• Partner with clients to analyse their business objectives and translate them into actionable digital roadmaps and plans. 

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience in a digital environment.
• Expertise in digital/software delivery projects, particularly in the Native Mobile space.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Kanban) with hands-on experience in technical and digital projects.
• Proven success in managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers.
• Experience with Google Suite, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, and other project tools.
