Customer Representative (Portuguese-speaking) - Creator Onboarding Support

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Representative, you will:
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to engage potential leads and "sell" the benefits of Live Monetization features (Gifts, Subscriptions, and Rewards).
- Drive lead conversion and activation by guiding creators through the technical setup.
- Utilize strong telemarketing and negotiation skills to handle objections, build rapport, and secure commitment from creators during the onboarding journey.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data validation and account security while maintaining a consultative, results-driven approach.
- Maintain strict adherence to conversion targets, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Are fluent in European Portuguese (C1/C2) and have a good level of English (B2), both written and spoken
- Have excellent communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
- Have experience handling outbound calls, telemarketing, or sales-related activities
- Have previous experience in a contact center or customer service/sales environment (preferred)
- Are familiar with social media platforms and have a basic understanding of digital advertising
- Are adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment, including availability to work rotating shifts if needed
