Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dedicated territory and collaborate closely with your team to achieve revenue-based quotas through renewals, services, and upsell opportunities.

  • Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions, including quotation preparation, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and renewals.

  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company guidelines.

  • Proactively negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue while maintaining long-term customer relationships.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-volume outbound engagement via phone and email.

  • Develop strong product and technical knowledge to effectively assess customer requirements and articulate value.

  • Identify and resolve customer concerns, objections, or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction, product usage, or renewal outcomes.

  • Manage competitive pressures effectively to retain customers and support account expansion.

  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).

  • Collaborate closely with team members and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.

  • Leverage technology, data, and AI-powered tools to optimize sales workflows and outcomes.

  • Report directly to a Sales Manager and contribute to overall team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Min 2 years of experience in renewal sales, supported by strong end-to-end sales exposure.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving renewal, retention, or revenue-based targets.

  • Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Comfortable with outbound customer engagement.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • High emotional intelligence, including empathy and self-awareness.

  • Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and sales technologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Experience in IT / SaaS / Cybersecurity is a strong plus.

  • Experience working in a high-volume calling environment.

  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
