Associate Sales Development (Bahasa Indonesia & English Speaker)
Key Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated territory and collaborate closely with your team to achieve revenue-based quotas through renewals, services, and upsell opportunities.
Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions, including quotation preparation, pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and renewals.
Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company guidelines.
Proactively negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-volume outbound engagement via phone and email.
Develop strong product and technical knowledge to effectively assess customer requirements and articulate value.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, objections, or roadblocks that may impact satisfaction, product usage, or renewal outcomes.
Manage competitive pressures effectively to retain customers and support account expansion.
Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
Collaborate closely with team members and management to ensure a professional and consistent customer experience.
Leverage technology, data, and AI-powered tools to optimize sales workflows and outcomes.
Report directly to a Sales Manager and contribute to overall team performance.
Required Qualifications
Min 2 years of experience in renewal sales, supported by strong end-to-end sales exposure.
Demonstrated success in achieving renewal, retention, or revenue-based targets.
Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Comfortable with outbound customer engagement.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
High emotional intelligence, including empathy and self-awareness.
Ability to quickly learn new products, systems, and sales technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in IT / SaaS / Cybersecurity is a strong plus.
Experience working in a high-volume calling environment.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM system.
