This role leads the design, development, and execution of professional recruiting strategies while managing a high-performing team. The Associate Director partners closely with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to attract, engage, and retain high-calibre professional talent in alignment with the organization’s overall business and people strategies.

Candidate Profile


Experience and Leadership

  • Demonstrable experience delivering leadership within professional hiring – minimum 3 years experience

  • Proven ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of recruitment professionals.

Technical and Functional Responsibilities

  • Solid understanding of employment legislation across Egypt.

  • Workday experience

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

  • Strong ability to interpret and analyse recruiting metrics and trends, including retention, quality of hire, and throughput.
