What you'll be doing:
To support the development and
implementation of data-driven business intelligence solutions on strategic
client accounts with a strong emphasis on practical and quantifiable outcomes
derived from advanced analytical insight.
To differentiate in the
outsourced contact center market by leveraging sophisticated BI tools and
techniques to create actionable insights that drive operational excellence.
To lead, create, and support the
implementation of practical, measurable, and successful business intelligence
solutions based on structured analytical methodologies and the insights
generated therein.
What you'll need:
- Educational Background: Degree level qualification in any
discipline (science or data-related fields preferred).
- Professional Standards: First-class working standards, reflected in
approach and attitude.
- Communication Skills: Experience in conveying complex information
clearly and concisely, ensuring that tangible actions are agreed upon.
- Analytical Skills: Proven understanding of fundamental statistical
and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with methodologies like Six
Sigma or Prince 2 is advantageous.
- Numeracy Skills: Strong numeracy and data analysis skills are
essential.
- Solution Development: Ability to develop practical BI solutions
based on data-driven insights.
- Documentation and Presentation: Expertise in creating high-level
presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrable methodological approach to
problem-solving and analytics.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external
clients at all levels of seniority.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer literacy with proficiency in
tools like Excel, SPSS (or similar), Minitab, and other BI tools.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning, organizational, and time
management skills.
- Industry Experience: Experience in call center management and
supporting change management initiatives is preferable.
- Innovation: Demonstrates innovative problem-solving skills and a
proactive approach to challenging the status quo in a diplomatic manner.
- Project Management: Experience in project management is
advantageous.
- Public Communication: Ease with public communication, both with
large groups and individuals.
- Logical Thinking: Demonstrates logical thought processes in
analytics and BI.
- Measurement: Understanding of the applicability of various
measurement tools and techniques.
- Results-Oriented: Commitment to high personal standards, a desire
to achieve, and a drive to develop both self and others.
- Proactive Initiative: Actively puts forward new ideas to
management, persuading others to accept alternative views through
discussion, explanation, and reasoning.
