We are now looking for Verification agents for an exciting new business!

On this role you will be supporting Banking customers in assessing user’s government-issued IDs, data entry and verification. Your daily activities will include checking for differences between application forms and identity documents, and spotting fraud/forged documents. Our best match for the role is someone detail-oriented, diligent and patient.

You need to be:

• Fluent in Bulgarian

• Confident enough to have your training in English and use different systems and software

• Knowledgeable in Cyrillic and Latin alphabet for the purpose of comparing characters

• Detail-oriented

• Available to work on flexible shifts 24/7
