About the Role:

In your role as HR Business Partner/Advisor, you'll be a pivotal force in shaping our dynamic and supportive workplace culture. Based in Brisbane, you'll collaborate closely with our Delivery Teams to deliver exceptional customer care services. Your proactive approach and decision-making expertise will help build strong relationships across local, regional, and global horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on all HR matters, including coaching and mentoring.

• Support leaders in driving performance management processes, professional conduct and attendance/absenteeism .

• Manage employee grievances with professionalism and diligence.

• Ensure compliance with the Contract Call Centre Award.

• Oversee recruitment and selection for site-based roles.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies.

• Roll out global HR initiatives such as performance reviews and succession planning.
