CAST - Salesforce Functional QAJob Description

· Overall 6+ years of experience in Testing
· 3+ years of strong Salesforce platform/cloud specific testing (Manual) experience
· Thorough understanding of business requirement gathering
· Breaking the application/system through valid use cases and testing
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
· 6+ years of work experience in testing software applications
· Needs to have a thorough knowledge on Functional Testing, Manual Testing, Deployment Testing and E2E testing
· Write and execute test cases across the Salesforce clouds – preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
· Create Test Plans and Test cases for new and existing features with detailed approach of testing, scheduling, and test exit criteria
· Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria is tested to meet the highest software quality within schedule timelines
· Must have knowledge in Data Loader to insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects
· Proficient in working on Integration testing, Cross browser testing, Mobile testing, Translation testing
· Participate in defect triage meetings
· Strong communication skills
· Strong skills in independently driving complex projects
Good hands on in Agile process
Should be flexible and adaptable to complex situations. Maintain overlapping hours with US work hours to collaborate with client.
Education / Knowledge:
Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent.
Nice to have:
· Administrator certified
· Salesforce AI knowledge or AI Associate/Specialist certified
· Independent contributor with minimal supervision
· UX/CX testing knowledge
· API testing
