Qualifications

·       At least 4+ years of work experience in Salesforce development projects and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform.

·       1+ years of hands-on experience in Service Cloud

·       1+ years of experience in design and developing enterprise Integration solutions using standard, SOAP and RESTFUL Services.

·       Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, SOQL, Apex Triggers. 

·       Strong understanding of both administrator and developer areas of the Force.com platform, knows when to use admin vs dev solutions.

·       Experience on developing custom Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components. 2+ years of hands-on experience on LWC development is must.

·       Experience with agile methodologies.

·       Salesforce certifications - AI Associate, AI Specialist, Admin

·       Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:-

Design and develop custom solutions in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, LWC, Triggers, JavaScript, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules and other Salesforce automation features.

Work with Product owners and business analysts to analyze the requirements , design and develop the solution.

Prepare technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.

Contribute to conducting code reviews to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible.

Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
