Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor. 

  • Receiving inbound calls with our customers and establishing their needs and building rapport 

  • Ensuring accurate information, quotes and pricing information to customers 

  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services 

 

Your qualifications 

Concentrix is a great match if you: 

  • Are proficient in English (oral and written) 

  • Are flexible to work shifts between, 7:45 am – 9 pm from Monday to Friday and 7:45 am – 8 pm on Saturday and Sunday 

  • Can commit to 100% training attendance to ensure you are fully prepared for your role. 

  • Embrace technology and have proficient computer literacy skills 

  • Have the ability to speedily navigate multiple systems effectively 

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
