We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager with a strong agile background. This role will be responsible for managing projects of varying complexity that drive value across several lines of business. Reporting directly to the Director of Project Management, this role will have the opportunity to lead and/or contribute to a variety of projects that focus on innovative experiences. Successful candidates will establish themselves as leaders capable of effectively partnering with business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams to deliver software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve delivery excellence through effective project management practices.
- Define project plans with input from Dev and BA project leads, ensuring a mutual understanding of delivery commitments
- Track key milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan.
- Inspire trust and build productive relationships with key stakeholders and agile delivery teams.
- Create an environment of continual improvement internally and with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Anticipate the needs of key leadership and facilitate as well as motivate those around you to identify solutions
- Demonstrate passion for helping teams realize their full potential by coaching.
- Create a team culture .
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of experience managing custom software development projects and product launches with a proven track record of delivering on time and on budget.
- Strong leadership experience with a history of increasing responsibility and career growth
- Experience leading project delivery with Scrum/Agile framework and continuing to improve processes
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
- Competent in Agile tracking tools such as JIRA
- Experience managing vendors
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Scrum Master
- Certified Project Management Professional
